  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example to cultivate a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Inspire and develop operational teams, ensuring they meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Continuously improve product quality and manufacturing practices, developing initiatives that optimise performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate across functions to implement national projects, sharing best practices for enhanced site and group performance.
  • Actively contribute to the site and regional management teams, working towards shared goals and strategic outcomes.

    Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, results-driven manufacturing environment.
  • A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is advantageous.
  • Critical thinking, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Positive ability to lead, influence, and develop teams, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • A resilient, results-focused mindset with a passion for delivering meaningful change.
