We're looking for a proactive and analytical eSourcing Lead to join our dynamic team and champion strategic sourcing at scale! About the Role: - As our eSourcing Lead, you'll lead online eSourcing negotiations across multiple categories to secure optimal value for Next. Working within our Goods-Not-For-Resale team in Finance, you'll play a key role in procuring products and services spanning eCommerce, Retail, IT, Brand Packaging, and Warehousing. This is a unique opportunity to deliver financial impact, influence internal teams up to the Director level, and set the standard for eSourcing at Next. Key Responsibilities: - Lead eSourcing Events: Run end-to-end eSourcing events, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and eAuctions, managing event design, build, and real-time supplier communications. - Spend & Opportunity Analysis: Identify negotiation opportunities from in-depth spend analysis, presenting actionable insights to business stakeholders. - Stakeholder Engagement: Increase eSourcing adoption across the company, providing regular updates to Directors and challenging low-usage areas. - Process Excellence: Act as a Centre of Excellence for eSourcing, coaching internal users, refining templates, and enhancing process efficiency. - Supplier & Technology Management: Manage relationships with our 3rd-party eSourcing software supplier and ensure smooth operation of our digital sourcing tools.

Strong Procurement Knowledge: Understanding of the procurement life-cycle and sourcing principles. - Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to support detailed analysis. - Influential Communicator: Confident presenting to senior audiences and building productive stakeholder relationships. - Analytical & Inquisitive: Enthusiastic about uncovering opportunities and innovating processes. - Organised Multi-tasker: Skilled in managing and prioritising multiple projects effectively. - eSourcing Technology Familiarity: Experience with eSourcing tools is a plus, but not required.
