Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to take a lead role in managing and optimising the production planning process for our dnata operation, overseeing the production of approximately 4 million dishes annually. This is a unique opportunity to ensure efficiency and productivity in a high-output environment, coordinating all stages of production to achieve smooth and timely operations.,

  • Production Planning Leadership : Oversee and streamline the full production cycle to meet ambitious targets and uphold quality standards.
  • HR and Recruitment : Manage all HR and recruitment needs within the department, including conducting return-to-work interviews, recruitment, and managing HR processes.
  • Labour Management : Supervise daily labour in line with budget requirements, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure timely ordering and coordination of all food components.
  • Weekly Packing Plans : Provide clear weekly instructions, ensuring all necessary products are in stock and ready for packing.
  • Maximised Productivity : Ensure production lines operate for 8 hours daily, minimising delays to achieve maximum productivity.
