Full Job Description

As the Propositions Developer you will be responsible for developing new or existing, business led propositions across the firm. You'll work with a diverse set of stakeholders to develop and deliver initiatives at pace, whilst managing risk, and project requirements. You will support the creation of compelling business cases to drive the IM strategic agenda and deliver new and evolved propositions to market. You will monitor existing product performance on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for improvement, refinement, improved profitability, increased efficiency, replacement or removal from the portfolio. What you will be doing

  • Define the value proposition and unique selling points of the or service.
  • Support the implementation of a go-to-market strategy for the proposition.
  • Work closely with legal and central teams to ensure alignment on proposition objectives, priorities and success measures.
  • Support the creation of compelling business cases and deliver new and evolved propositions to market.
  • Create compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition to the target audience and colleagues internally.
  • Utilise and gather customer feedback to inform future proposition enhancements.
  • Ensure that the proposition complies with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Regularly review and refine the proposition based on performance data, market changes, and customer feedback.

    Proven track record of developing client products or service propositions
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in agile development
  • Commercial acumen
  • Strong organisational skills, with an ability to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of the risk and regulatory environment preferred
  • Legal sector knowledge or experience desirable
  • Broad experience with customer insight, segmentation and research methodologies desirable
  • Marketing experience is desirable
