Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity due to retirement to work within our Estates & Facilities team supporting young people in an education environment and ensuring their safety and welfare is a priority., The Ranger Team Leader will be responsible for the welfare and safety of the college community during the evenings and, when necessary, will assist caretakers with security of the buildings. They will be responsible for the supervision of the Rangers throughout the college.

You will have empathy for young people and the personal presence and the ability to challenge inappropriate behaviour and manage difficult situations. Excellent communication and administrative skills are also essential.

It is desirable you hold a qualification in youth work, or the willingness to work towards one, alongside a first aid qualification or willingness to undertake training within 6 months., Disability Confident

Within the range of £26,499 to £28,299 per annum pro-rata (£21,822 to £23,305 per annum)
