Security & Safety Officer

If you are looking for a way to express your caring personality and support those suffering from mental health illnesses, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our security team based at Northside House in Norwich as a Unit Security Officer., Youneed to be supportive and express the below listed qualities to provide the best care to our service users and their families

• Be approachable and interested in people
• Be confident in talking with people and comfortable with helping people from diverse range of backgrounds, sexual orientation, culture, religion.
• Have the ability to empathise without giving advice before speaking with your clinical team
• Have non-judgmental attitude and be an active lister
• Be perceptive to notice changes
• Be calm in difficult circumstances or in crisis
• Be able to protect boundaries especially in distressing situations
• Have an awareness of and the ability to adhere to strict confidentiality rules
• Be able to commit to time required for working within the security team (rotated shifts)
• Be eligible to work in UK (this role is not sponsored by Trust).
