We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior PA to join our team of business support professionals to undertake a pivotal role in helping steer the firm to continued success. This is a career with a purpose. You will be based in our Birmingham office providing a full range of support to the Midlands Tax team for a mix of Partners and Directors. Your role will extend beyond that of the known traditional PA to become a linchpin in our operations. Key attributes we value:

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to: -
  • Advanced diary and travel management
  • Sophisticated email and meeting coordination
  • Document production and management
  • Project and event management and support
  • Business development assistance
  • Financial and HR system management
  • Contribution to local and firm-wide initiatives
  • Development of yourself and others / Contribution to the training and development of colleagues

    Proficiency in the Microsoft suite
  • Experience at a senior PA/administrator level
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to contribute to projects
  • A strong IT aptitude to learn our platforms
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of relevant policies and frameworks
