Full Job Description

Weve looking for a Technical Coordinator with stage 4 onwards experience to join our team to deliver 430 homes just a stone's throw from Kings Cross. Our high rise, high end scheme Is currently in preconstruction with Phase 1 set to commence piling at the end of 2025 meaning you'll have the unique opportunity to join a scheme from cradle to grave and go through Gateway 2.
In this role youll be managing a couple of internal packages with the support and guidance of a fantastic Senior Technical Coordinator at our office in Barbican before moving to site next year. Its a chance to take ownership of packages whilst working directly with Westminster council, therefore a great learning opportunity.
Youll have a good understanding of RIBA design stages (most importantly stages 4 to 7) and have worked in a technical site-based role for minimum of 2 years specifically managing packages within the high rise residential, hotel or student accommodation sector. We are happy to speak with candidates who are a currently Project Architects looking to transfer across also.
We are a high performance culture, in this role that means good management and ownership of design packages, ensuring all information has been logged accurately on Asite and excellent communication with consultants, JV partners and local authorities.
The team are an established team who vary in experience but all work as a super collaborative team. This is also a culture where youll be giving and getting feedback from day one, because we think its the fastest way to learn and to build trust. We want to be challenged by you, too we hate unnecessary hierarchy and my way or the highway has no place here.
If the above sounds of interest, please get in touch!

What we do: Weve worked in partnership for 31 years to create outstanding places in London. Were growing, with our construction turnover doubling, and with a pipeline of new projects where were raring to get started and make a difference.
Why were here: Were here to pursue better, differently.
Better: One of The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For for over a decade, winner of multiple Pride In The Job and WhatHouse awards for our people and the quality of our homes, and proud to have the nations best site in our ranks (winning the highest possible marks across the Considerate Constructors Schemes five areas the first site ever to do so in 22 years of the CCS).
Differently: Our culture is unusual. Different means more transparent with information. More direct with feedback that helps us all grow. More rigorous about setting goals, then giving more freedom to go and achieve them. Its definitely not for everyone. We dont hire know-it-alls, we hire learn-it-alls. As our CEO, Killian, says: We work hard to find people who thrive on context and responsibility, rather than rules and procedures. We then work like owner managers, not a leader and a load of helpers.

Private medical insurance for you and your family through Vitality (including discounts on spa breaks, cinema tickets and your food shopping, free Starbucks, 50% off Virgin Active Membership and more).
Income Protection Insurance to help you cope financially if youre unable to work due to illness or injury, Life Assurance equivalent to four times your salary, your annual leave & Bank Holidays, enhanced maternity and paternity leave and workplace nursery salary sacrifice, allowing you to save tax and NI on monthly nursery fees.
We think the best benefit of being here is the learning culture and the ability to make a real difference we dislike hierarchy and politics, and not my job isnt in our vernacular. Which means if you really care about raising the bar and really want to feel connected to the end product, as opposed to like a cog in a big machine, this could be the place for you to grow your career.
