Full Job Description

+ Analysing Flow and EDM data to identify trends, abnormalities, and inaccuracies.
+ Validating data with operational colleagues to ensure accuracy.
+ Producing regular reports to support compliance-related activities.
+ Preparing annual submissions for our regulators.
+ Responding to stakeholder requests for data.
+ Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Using bespoke software to assist with data analysis.

Base Location: Reading RG1 8DB. (hybrid working model, with a minimum of one day per month in the office).
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.

What you should bring to the role

+ Proven experience working with and interpreting data.
+ Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes is advantageous.
+ Previous experience developing reports for internal stakeholders and preparing regulatory submissions is desirable.
+ Proficiency in software tools such as MS Office, Excel, and Power BI.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide analytical support for the review and interpretation of EDM and flow data. Thames Water is committed to improving its quality management systems, and this role plays a vital part in ensuring the success of our compliance obligations.

Gaining insight from our Flow and EDM data is critical to protecting the environment and meeting our environmental commitments. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our data analysis processes, providing valuable quality assurance checks and insights to support compliance activities.

+ Competitive salary from £36,240 per annum depending on skills and experience.
