Based in Birmingham we have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House - Workplace Experience Assistant to provide robust support to the Birmingham office as part of the Workplace Facilities Management Team, focused on clients, staff and visitor experience within our office environment and as part of a wider Midlands team. This role offers a full range of administrative work, including management of reception and visitor spaces, meeting rooms and break out spaces, welcoming visitors and staff, being pro-active and flexible with tasks, having excellent computer skills in MS Office and a willingness to learn new software, building strong relationships, taking ownership of tasks while considering the bigger picture, and managing your own resilience. The ideal candidate is positive, organised, and poised, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous professional development.   • Have administrative support and front-of-house experience with excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of online systems such as timesheets, meeting room booking
