Full Job Description
As a Principal Associate, you will:
- Focus on Professional Indemnity: Predominantly represent construction professionals and their insurers, including contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Manage Diverse Disputes: Handle cases ranging from lower-value claims related to domestic and commercial projects to complex, multi-million-pound, multi-party litigated disputes.
- Broaden Your Expertise: Have opportunities to work on claims involving other professionals such as solicitors, barristers, accountants, insurance brokers, and surveyors.
- Serve a National Client Base: Work with clients across the UK, with referrals coming from insurer nominations and direct engagements.
The ideal candidate will possess: - Extensive Litigation Experience: A solid background in professional indemnity litigation with up-to-date knowledge of pre-action protocols and litigation procedures.
- Insurance Market Insight: Experience advising insurers and professionals on construction disputes is highly desirable.
