Full Job Description
As a Medical Workforce Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Medical Staffing function to provide a comprehensive, high quality and effective service in the delivery of junior doctor rota co-ordination ensuring minimum staffing is maintained at all times., With effective communication you will liaise with numerous stakeholders in response to safe staffing requirements from a number of specialties such as Junior Doctors, CBU Management teams and external providers.
Maintenance and updating of a live rostering system.
Ensure any vacancies are noted and cover arranged in a timely manner.
Maintain minimum staffing numbers is key to the role as is attention to detail.
You will be working in a very fast paced, high intensity working environment.
A good knowledge of the 2016 Junior Doctor rota rules will be essential in your day to day role.
