Full Job Description

Are you a proactive and experienced Coordinator/ Administrator who is passionate about delivering a first-rate administrative service to the team you support? Here at Platform Property Care (PPC) we have a great opportunity for an efficient and organised coordinator to join our Estates Services team.. This is a key role in our Estates team and would suit someone with a real can-do attitude who loves being busy! What could you be doing? You'll be responsible for providing effective coordination and administrative support to the Grounds Maintenance and Caretaking and Cleaning team with a special focus on providing accurate and regular communication to enhance service delivery. You will be part of a small team who are involved in and provide administrative support for lots of key tasks and projects, helping the teams deliver their business objectives. It will be a varied role where no day will be the same. You will be liaising with internal colleagues, and then act as an ambassador for Platform, dealing with and helping to resolve queries and low-level complaints with external customers, local authorities, and sub-contractors to ensuring the service is delivered accordingly. You will play a key role in making a difference to our customers' environment., You would be based in our office in Worcester. It is located near Shrub Hill making it ideal for commuting via train or if you are driving there is free car parking on site. The work pattern is 40 hours a week working Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:30. There would be occasional travel to other offices and locations as required to attend meetings.

  • You will have great Customer Service skills
  • You'll have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills: you will be building strong working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Super organised and efficient, you will be able to work to strict deadlines
  • You'll be the point of contact for all queries so you will readily take ownership, and be able to prioritise
  • You won't shy from tackling a problem and try to resolve it yourself before escalating
  • Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative whilst working
  • You'll also have great administration, IT, being confident with 365, Sharepoint, Excel
  • You will have experience of providing administrative support in either a property maintenance or construction environment
