Full Job Description

We are looking for a talented Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team specialising in Communications for DBU Europe Marketing Team , based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom.,

  • Supporting the delivery of digital campaigns including web and social media, advertising and PR
  • Co-ordinating the creation of marketing content, including the Cummins Magazine and the promotion of its content
  • Supporting the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers and promotional materials
  • Providing dealer marketing support, including branding, images, dealer packs, merchandise, banners, signage and other communication requirements
  • Supporting the delivery of internal and external marketing communications using a variety of communications tools to track metrics and measure marketing campaigns, including using Eloqua, Closed Loop Reporting (end-to-end marketing), Seismic, Salesforce and Cummins Connect
  • Supporting business leaders, and other internal key stakeholders
  • Enhancing Marketing Initiatives: By executing and supporting selected marketing initiatives, you'll help maintain the marketing team's momentum and effectiveness.
  • Driving Marketing Activities: Your contributions to publications, events, and other marketing activities will be crucial in reaching and engaging target audiences.
  • Managing Communication Projects: Coordinating various marketing communication projects will ensure that campaigns are well-organized and executed smoothly.
  • Creating Compelling Content: Drafting and compiling content in collaboration with others will help produce high-quality communications that resonate with audiences.
  • Fostering Team Collaboration: Working across teams to execute marketing campaigns and tactics will enhance collaboration and ensure cohesive efforts.
  • Upholding Brand Standards: Learning and adhering to Cummins brand standards will maintain brand consistency and integrity in all marketing materials.
  • Executing Memorable Events: Supporting the planning and execution of trade shows and virtual events will create memorable experiences and strengthen connections to the Cummins brand.
  • Optimising Marketing Efforts: Applying your knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and channels will help optimize marketing efforts and improve campaign performance.

    Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools: A solid understanding of digital marketing tools and emerging digital media strategies (e.g., email automation, social media, content management systems) to effectively influence target audiences.
  • Strong Project Management and Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent Writing Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation skills to draft compelling communications and marketing materials.
  • Collaborative and Eager to Learn: The ability to work well in a team environment, demonstrating eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Strong capability to use range of MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe together with Cummins systems and processes (Ariba, Movex, Workfront)
  • Ability to work closely with external suppliers and marketing agencies
  • Domestic travel frequency 10% and International Travel Frequency 10% will be expected for the role, Relevant degree or equivalent qualification and sufficient marketing communications work experience
