Full Job Description

We are looking for a Production Planner who will produce a manufacturing schedule in a way that meets our customer demand and is able to communicate this effectively with all areas of the business. Do you want to do this in an international, but very personal environment? Then this might be your chance to become our new Production Planner! What you will bring to the role:

  • Translate our customers demand for 2 different work centres into feasible production schedules, considering material- and labour availability
  • Collaborate with other production planners, operational buyers, order managers and production leads
  • Coordinate manufacturing activities and follow up on the manufacturing process together with production leads to secure production plan feasibility.
  • Create, schedule, release and follow-up on work orders, optimise planning for the resource available and solve or escalate problems that undermine on-time delivery
  • Maintain the production plan in the ERP system
  • Make proposals/suggestions for improvement of operation processes, working in accordance with adopted improvement proposals

    Hands-on mentality
  • Good communications skills and team player
  • Ability to work to deadlines in challenging environment
  • Able to influence and motivate others to achieve targets
  • Strong Administration skills.
  • Preferably experienced with MRP in SAP.
