IDAS (Independent Domestic Abuse Services) is the leading specialist domestic abuse charity in the Yorkshire region. This post is open to female applicants only as being female is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010 We have a new opportunity for a part-time women's resettlement worker in our York refuge team. It involves ensuring the individual needs of women and children are met, providing resettlement services, and assessing risks in line with IDAS guidelines. Additionally, the worker will offer practical and emotional support, along with advocacy services to families integrating back into the community. This position is not just a job, but a chance to make a significant difference in the lives of those rebuilding their lives.

Starting Salary £27,711 FTE or £13,855.50 pro rated for 18.50 hours per week
