Service Delivery Manager- Wales & West Midlands

  • 36500per annum
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday -Friday
  • Field based role supporting 5 locations in Wales and West Midlands
  • Clean UK Manual Driver License essential for the role, We're currently recruiting a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.As a Service Delivery Manager, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work.   • Our ideal Service Delivery Manager will,
  • Promoting a safety culture and ensure the Catering and Retail teams are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures
  • To manage the Catering and Retail labour, equipment & resources budget
  • To ensure the Catering and Retail operation continually improves
  • To ensure the Catering and Retail team are engaged and managed effectively
  • To ensure the delivery and quality of the Catering and Retail operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures
  • To manage any third-party suppliers or contractors as required ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements

    Knowledge of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry
  • Leadership skills and knowledge
  • You will have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service and be financially and commercially astute.
  • Good Communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Good computer skills
  • Interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills
  • A 'Can do' attitude
