Technical Support Coordinator

Become a Technical Support Coordinator at Terberg Matec UK! You'll lead technical enquiries and boost service levels in our after-sales department. Working closely with the technical support team leader you'll help to resolve issues and enhance knowledge sharing., Responsibilities: Manage technical enquiries, analyse data via remote support, and support the service desk. You'll also drive performance improvements and develop our remote diagnostic platform.

Excellent Engineering skills.
Ability to communicate with others effectively.
Experience with constructing technical reports.
