Full Job Description

Delivering a programme of community activities and training for participants which contributes to the aims of the service.

Ensure that opportunities are available for participants to contribute to ongoing project design and delivery.

Working with other organisations and agencies in a collaborative way to support and build relationships, connections and networks.

To uphold person centred values in working practices, ensuring support is tailored to participants.

Promote Cartrefi Cymru to help build our membership and to explore new ways in which the co-op can use its resources to draw people together to identify/utilise resources within the community.

Be creative.

Be organised.

Have good communication and networking skills

Be able to speak on behalf of others as well as to a range of professional people within and outside of Cartrefi Cymru

Have good written skills and the ability to develop training programmes

Have the ability to work as part of a team

Have the ability to work to consistent standards.

Have a basic ability to use a computer to keep simple records and find information.
