Agreement Administrator

To provide support to Lettings Co-Ordinators and the lettings process, from business plan stage through to completion. You will work collaboratively with the lettings team and team manager, to provide a seamless customer journey for new and existing publicans, ensuring full compliance to the Pubs Code and driving tenure targets.,

• Assist with agreement checks.
• Assist with scanning, archiving and sending documents.
• Returning signed agreements to the Publican by post.
• Company Alerts and scanning Requests for agreements and other documentation.
• Post collection in morning/afternoon.
• Processing Rent Update Forms.
• Assist with projects.
• Ensure that company policies, procedure and systems are adhered to within the scope of the role.
• Assist and take responsibility in other areas of the business as and when required.
• Maintain confidentiality on all subjects, paying particular attention to sensitive, personal data.
• Pro-actively develop skills and maintain the highest professional standards.
