Full Job Description

By taking on both the Field Account Manager role, you contribute to the overall success of the sales team and help create a culture of continuous learning and development The role has a requirement to operate with a consultative seller approach, understanding stakeholder requirements and delivering a solutions led proposition. Proactive engagement across a portfolio of clients to fully understand client strategy, objectives and goals to align our portfolio to deliver successful outcomes. Eager to learn, open to coaching and mentoring, this role will provide an environment for self-development and a collaborative approach to sales, for in role and future career opportunities.,

  • To effectively meet, and exceed, sales targets as set by the Sales Director
  • To actively and professionally manage the client base for revenue, renewals and generate new business opportunities
  • Strong sales and opportunity management skills across the full sales cycle
  • Analyse impact of industry trends on client base's strategy and objectives
  • Develop and implement account plans to enhance partnership and revenue

    Proactive, self motivated and accountable with the aim to always drive positive client satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to interpret and present complex concepts
  • Able to operate with a consultative approach
  • Open to learning and self-development
