Full Job Description

Be part of a fast-paced Global Revenue Systems team who continually drive improvements to our internal Sales & Partner systems, helping Oracle's 20,000+ sales professionals to sell more. During your year with us, you'll rotate between our Release Management, User Experience and Product Management teams, and collaborate with our internal IT and Product Development teams, to improve the systems used by Oracle and our Partners to manage customer relationships. These cloud-based internal systems include things like Oracle Sales Cloud, Account Planning, Customer 360, Quoting, Partner Management and many more. As an Global Revenue Systems Intern in Revenue Operations you will:

  • Learn how Revenue Operations can improve the employee experience for our sellers and drive greater and more predictable revenue for Oracle.
  • Collaborate with our Release Management team, Internal IT and Product Development to test and validate new releases of our systems
  • Work closely with the User Experience team to understand what makes our Sales and Partner teams efficient and effective
  • Partner with Product Managers to define system requirements, demo solutions and validate their effectiveness with sales users
  • Network and learn from other Interns in varied roles across Oracle UK, based in Reading.

    Your strong analytical skills, passion for reducing complexity, energy and fresh ideas, will help us to reimagine the future for sellers at Oracle. We are also looking for:
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Studying for Bachelor's degree
  • Tech skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, Zoom or Slack (but it's not a role where you'll write software code)
  • Outstanding collaboration skills, great at building positive relationships
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive 'can-do' approach
  • Attention to detail, loves troubleshooting and solving problems
  • Works well independently and with a team
  • Goal orientated, with the ability to keep calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
