Kitchen Sales Designer

As a Kitchen Designer at Elements Kitchens, your focus will be on designing and selling beautiful, functional kitchens that meet our clients unique needs. With the support of a consultation booking team and project managers, you ll have the freedom to focus on what you do best designing and selling, while consistently earning commissions.

• Design kitchens: Using SMART, Fusion and ArtiCad software (experience is helpful but not essential we ll train you).
• Sell with confidence: Build relationships with clients and guide them through the design and sales process.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team: Project managers will handle the installation, allowing you to focus on hitting your sales targets., Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and monthly bonuses for hitting targets.
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays to recharge.
• Full support team: Consultation bookings handled for you and CAD designers to help with drawings.
