Full Job Description

As a Public Sector Account Manager at Excis Compliance Ltd., you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth in the public sector by developing and nurturing relationships with government entities and nonprofit organizations. You'll position our world-class IT services and compliance solutions to meet the unique needs of the public sector, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and contract success. This dynamic role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of public sector procurement processes. Key Responsibilities : Client Relationship Management :

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with public sector clients, including government agencies, educational institutions, and nonprofits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and aligning our services with client needs.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and satisfaction reviews to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Sales & Business Development :
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of public sector clients.
  • Create and deliver customized sales proposals, bids, and presentations that align with public sector regulations and procurement processes.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for public sector accounts.
  • Strategic Account Planning :
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term goals and develop tailored account plans.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and reports on client retention and new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure our services align with client objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • Contract Management :
  • Manage the full lifecycle of public sector contracts, from inception to renewal, ensuring compliance with procurement rules and regulations.
  • Oversee contract deliverables, including RFPs, RFQs, and government procurement processes.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery and proactively manage contract renewals.
  • Market Knowledge & Research :
  • Stay informed on public sector trends, legislation, and funding cycles to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Analyze market data and competitors to strategically position Excis Compliance Ltd. in the public sector market.
  • Collaboration :
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to create solutions that meet public sector requirements.
  • Communicate client feedback to improve our products, services, and customer support processes.

    Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the public sector.
  • Experience managing large government accounts or federal contracts.
  • Deep understanding of government procurement, contracting, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple accounts and complex projects.
  • Proactive, independent worker with strong problem-solving abilities.
