Your Role: As a Sales & Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of our customer journey, driving new enquiries and sales here at Kingsmead Leisure Centre. Reporting to the General Manager, you will engage with customers across multiple channels, ensuring they have an outstanding experience from the first interaction. What You'll Do:

  • Generate new enquiries and leads through local outreach events and activities.
  • Conduct facility tours and membership presentations, handle incoming & outgoing sales and retention calls and proactively engage with customers.
  • Build and maintain a constant pipeline of new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Plan and set up your day for success with the support of your line manager.
  • Achieve Centre and group key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales & income targets.
  • Manage data capture and prospect systems effectively.

    Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of working towards targets and achieving KPIs.
  • Experience handling incoming & outgoing customer calls.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and support customers throughout the sales process.
  • Confidently and effectively generate and manage leads.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in IT (Microsoft Office).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and a drive to generate new leads and opportunities.
