Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic New Business team. In this role, you will focus on driving targeted outbound prospecting efforts and efficiently following up on inbound leads to create high-value sales opportunities. - 2+ years of proven success in driving lead generation is essential
- Developing and implementing creative and forward thinking ways to approach to our prospects via channels such as video, LinkedIn, mail, tailored emails, and with a focus on self- led lead generation and opportunity creation through robust prospect research
- Demonstrable ability to collect information quickly and effectively in relation to a target Company and navigate to the correct decision maker
- Experience of applying a multi step and multi touch prospecting cadence
- Able to quickly articulate business benefits and functionality of B2B solutions and services at a high level
- The ability to handle objections and ask probing questions that surface business pain points and sales opportunities
- Experience of analysing information and data, identifying trends and recommending action and solutions.
- Driven to reach personal and team pipeline generation goals
- Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com is desirable
