Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an efficient administrator to join our busy Community Equipment Team. We have a part time 22.5 hours per week and full time position 37.5 hours available., The Successful candidates will provide effective and comprehensive administrative support in our busy Community Equipment Team.

Candidates will use systems with specific responsibility to schedule deliveries and collections to service users.

Answer the telephone professionally and respond to queries in a timely manner ensuring effective communication in line with local policies.

Data cleanse, and input accurate and timely information required for audit purposes.

Requirement to work from other bases within the organisation and to undertake any other duties that may be required appropriate to the post holders grade, experience and competence.

The post holder shall as necessary provide cover for and undertake duties of absent colleagues.

Undertake reception duties and support visitors to the service.

The Successful candidates will have good organisation and people skills, be computer literate, and have the ability to work with limited supervision.

Candidates will have the ability to take calls and schedule equipment delivery and collections using Trust systems.

Candidates will be expected to work as a team, cover reception duties, demonstrate professionalism, be empathetic and understanding to service users.

This is a Community Clinical Support role, there is an expectation for the successful candidates to be flexible and support across the Community Division.
