Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Waive Officer / Legal Administrator to join our team in Liverpool, Your main tasks will be focused around administration and reporting to manage the waive requests from all areas of the business to ensure efficient processing and appropriate use of the waive facility. We are ideally looking for someone with a file handling background who has worked in a legal firm previously. Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data provided by practice in order to request credit notes from suppliers
  • Maintain records of requested and received credit notes
  • Produce reports and MI
  • Undertake day to day delivery of specific tasks as assigned with your manager
  • Assist in the resolution of process issues
  • Comply with all company rules and procedures especially those relating to health & safety, FSA Compliance and data protection with an obligation to remain informed and up-to-date on all such matters
  • Store all confidential documents safely under the GDPR guidelines

    Excellent understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Previous experience of working in a legal setting would be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal , in order to communicate effectively and confidently with suppliers and internally at all levels
  • Good time management and organisational skills with an ability to meet timescales and deadlines
  • Analytical
