Full Job Description

Responsible in supporting the existing team with the patient journey through the Community Paediatric service from referral to discharge proactively ensuring children and families receive a smooth and timely service from the multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer focused and knowledgeable point of contact on all pathway administrative matters. The main duties will involve typing, referrals management, scanning and photocopying., Flexible working options are available and we would be happy to discuss this with you to ensure a healthy work life balance. Initially this post will sit in the Community Paediatrics team however, there is currently a transformation project and this post will sit in the Community Health Services Childrens Single Point of Access (SPA) that will sit across all service lines once established.
